THANKSTONY LLC, dba Monster Quest Escape Room, exclusively owns and controls all of its intellectual property assets, and related rights, including but not limited to its trademarks, service marks, trade names and copyrights, as well as its respective characters’ names, image and likeness, its thematic story lines, escape room adventure themes, unique sequences of clues, related puzzles, and puzzle creations for each game, along with its game play instructions, game flow planning and related narratives, its blend of storytelling, trailer movies, all designs, layout, props, prop selection, décor and related features of its sets, and any and all related creative and/or source-identifying works therefrom, in addition to the unique look and feel of the escape rooms under trade dress. All other rights, including other intellectual property rights in our website and its materials, are reserved.
